- 1 tbsp chicken boullion paste
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp japanese soup stock can substitute with adding 1 more tbsp chicken boullion paste
- ½ cups parmesan cheese
- spaghetti noodles, for serving
Instructions
- Finely chop the onion, garlic, celery, and carrot. The finer you chop the vegetables, the better they will blend into the sauce for a smooth texture.
- In a large pan or pot, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add a garlic
- Add the ground meat to the pan. Use a wooden spoon to break it up as it cooks. Stir and cook the meat for about 7-10 minutes until it browns and loses its pink color. This step adds depth of flavor to the sauce.
- Add the chopped onion, carrot, and celery. Sauté the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until the onion becomes translucent and the vegetables soften.
